Remixes are usually better than the original song and the same holds true for this remix of a Lemon Drop. I’m a little obsessed with elderflower. The flavor profile of the flower is floral, fuity and fresh. It has hints of pear as well, so I understand why Absolut Vodka went this direction. I tried their Absolute Juice Pear + Elderflower instead of regular vodka. Because well….regular anything is boring!

- 2 oz Absolut Juice Pear + Elderflower
- 1 oz Limoncello
- .75 oz Cointreau
- Lemon peel + pear slices, for garnish
Place a martini glass what in the freezer to chill while you make the cocktail*. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake to chill. Pour into your martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or pear slices.
