Quick 10-Minute Pasta for when you don’t have time or feel like cooking. Also great for a meatless meal.

I don’t measure. Just pour until the ancestors tell me to stop and/or eyeball it but I saw @chefresha make this years ago & it normally goes something like this for me:

Fresh garlic, shallots (when I have them) or onion, red pepper, dry pasta, herbs de Provence, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, black pepper, Parmesan cheese & fresh parsley.

Heat olive oil on medium. Add in red pepper, garlic & shallots until translucent. Add pasta & cover with water. Season & cook down for about 7 minutes. Add in cheese & parsley. That’s it!

I feel guilty when I’m not actively doing someth

I feel guilty when I’m not actively doing something “productive”. Discovered that in a recent session and the response I got was very similar to the last slide.

For the last few 4 days I’ve done pretty much…nothing and it felt good but also kinda weird. It‘s uncomfortable to do “nothing”. But growth comes from uncomfortable places.

So that’s what I’m gonna do more often. Nothing. Unapologetically.

And maybe we all should because the beginning of every year is all about “new goals” and a “new you” but I think it can just be a new version of us that prioritizes being still for a change.

And to make myself proud. This week has been a bit of a test but I’m so happy with how I handled it.

I’ve been under the weather for about a week and we’ve been trying to manage a leg issue with Keenan that had to be addressed. Amongst other crazy things in life but we move!

Vlogging yesterday help increase productivity because I wasn’t on my phone. And today I get to start a new mental health journey. I’m excited about that.
